BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10149351 · Oct 2014 · also written SI B12 29 14, B122914

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Reduced Engine Performance. When driving with high outside ambient temperatures, repeated stop and go, or high-load operation over longer distances, the engine performance can be reduced.
