What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
DELIVERY STOP: CHECK BLIND PLUGS. BMW of North America LLC has issued a Delivery Stop (effective October 7 2019) on a small number of Model Year 2019 and 2020 BMW 3 Series vehicles that were produced between March 27 2019 and August 21 2019.
