SIB 51 03 24: Brakes service information
Brakes service information on BMW G22/G23/G26/G45 and other models (2023–2025); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11022103 · Aug 2025 · also written SI B51 03 24, B510324
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
While opening any of the doors, a groaning sound is heard from the door brake. Doors open and close stiffly.
