Streaks on front side windows on BMW G22/G23/G26/G82 and other models (2021); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10190851 · Mar 2021 · also written SI B51 06 21, B510621

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

STREAKS ON FRONT SIDE WINDOWS: Streak marks are visible, most commonly on the upper rear corner of the front side window. The marks can be present anywhere on the rearmost edge of either front window.
