SIB 51 48 16: Power window service information
Power window service information on BMW F15 models (2016–2017); BMW shared service information.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10150974 · Jan 2017 · also written SI B51 48 16, B514816
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
SERVICE ACTION: REAR SIDE WINDOWS MAY NOT BE PROPERLY AFFIXED TO BODY. Please perform the procedure outlined in this Service Information on all affected vehicles before customer delivery.
