BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10179000 · Jul 2020 · also written SI B52 04 20, B520420

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR SEAT CHECK CONTROL MESSAGES: There is an operating failure with various Check Control (CC) messages displayed regarding seat adjustment of the second and third row of seats.
