What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

THE FRONT SEAT VENTILATION FAN MAKES A GRINDING NOISE This Service Information bulletin supersedes SI B52 10 15 dated February 2016.. A grinding noise can be heard from the front ventilation seat, often when going around corners.
