Wipers failure on BMW F25 models (2011); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10043715 · Jan 2012 · also written SI B61 03 12, B610312
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
When vehicle is moving, windshield wipers turn on by themselves and fails to turn off when vehicle is turned off.
