SIB 61 06 23: Door service information
Door service information on BMW G70/I20 models (2022–2023); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10235194 · Mar 2023 · also written SI B61 06 23, B610623
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
The lower armrest on the driver's door does not get warm.
