What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
An Erroneous CCM is displayed for Low Washer Fluid Level. At low outside ambient temperatures (approximately 18 F or lower), an erroneous CCM (Check Control Message) is displayed for Low Washer Fluid. The washer fluid reservoir is full. Incorrect coding for washer fluid level detection.
