What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

REM: Various Electrical Faults in Rear of a Vehicle. Various electrical faults associated with the rear of the vehicle occur, including one or more of the following: * The REM (Rear Electronic Module) does not respond to diagnosis. * The one-touch function of the rear power windows is inoperative.
