BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10146963 · Nov 2016 · also written SI B64 04 15, B640415
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Third Row of Seats Blower is Inoperative. The blower in the third row of seats is not working and the fault code ""E70C32 - AC-LIN: Heating in third row of seats is not responding"" has been entered in the IHKA (Integrated Heating and Airconditioning, Automatic) control unit.
