BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10165264 · Aug 2019 · also written SI B64 07 19, B640719
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
NO INTERIOR HEATING FUNCTION WITH REMOTE START. Customer states that when the vehicle is started using Remote Engine Start the vehicle interior does not heat up despite customer heater settings.
