What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
When the alarm system is activated and doors are locked, within a short period the doors will unlock, and a “double beep” acoustic confirmation is heard from vehicle.
