What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

When the customer attempts to use the Bluetooth system, they find it is not functioning. It is not possible toestablish a connection to any paired devices. Additionally, the Bluetooth function can no longer be activatedin the Mobile Device menu.
