Equipment replacement on BMW I01/I12/I15 models (2014–2016); the fix is replacing the affected part.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10152319 · Apr 2015 · also written SI B71 01 15, B710115

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

The model year is incorrect on the emissions compliance label on certain I01 and I12 vehicles produced from November 1, 2014 through December 22, 2014.
