Radiator leak on B58/N63 engines (2019); the fix is replacing the affected part.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10152662 · Nov 2018 · also written SI B17 05 18, B170518

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

SERVICE ACTION: REPLACE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AND CHECK TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER LINE. The transmission oil cooler and transmission oil cooler line (radiator feed) could be affected by a manufacturing defect, which may result in transmission fluid leak.
