BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10148095 · Jun 2014 · also written SI B33 03 14, B330314

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Service Action/Delivery Stop: Rear Shock Absorber Guide Support. Some rear shock absorbers may have been assembled with the incorrect guide support. These incorrect guide supports will cause a rattling noise within a low mileage.
