What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
After Cold Start, Brake Booster Reservoir Vacuum Reduced. With an outside temperature below 14ºF, brake booster vacuum may be reduced after a cold start. The non-return valve in the vacuum line to the brake booster may stick at temperatures below 14ºF.
