BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10146540 · Feb 2017 · also written SI B37 02 17, B370217
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
THE VERTICAL DYNAMICS PLATFORM (VDP) ERRONEOUSLY DISPLAYS NOTICE OF FAULT . The VDP displays notices of detected faults, but has no fault in the error memory.
