Checking if required replacing rear ride height sensor control rods on BMW G05/G07 models (2019); BMW gives an inspection and repair procedure.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10163040 · Jun 2019 · also written SI B37 02 19, B370219

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

CHECKING IF REQUIRED REPLACING REAR RIDE HEIGHT SENSOR CONTROL RODS. The holders of both control rods for the ride height sensors on the rear axle may have been mounted incorrectly (the locking tabs are not correctly locked).
