What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
NOISES FROM TOP OF A-PILLAR . While driving on uneven surface, cracking or popping noises can be heard from the vicinity of the top of the A-Pillar. Overlapping body panels whose edges are touching at a structural flex point causing them to "interfere" with one another."
