BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10176371 · May 2020 · also written SI B51 17 20, B511720

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

FUEL FILLER FLAP MISALIGNED OR STICKING: The fuel filler flap is sticking when attempting to open or close and may be visually misaligned.
