SIB 51 19 22: Door service information

Door service information on BMW G05/G06/G07 models (2019–2022); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10227553 · Oct 2022 · also written SI B51 19 22, B511922

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

One of the center console armrest doors is slow to open, instead of both opening evenly at the same time.
