What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

After Deleting Transport Mode, Daytime Running Light Is Switched Off. After deleting transport mode during PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection-QC I), fault code ""8041A9 - Daytime running light lock active"" is present in the BDC (Body Domain Controller) and the DRL (Day Running Light) is switched off.
