BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10148039 · Sep 2014 · also written SI B63 05 14, B630514

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Adaptive Headlight Malfunction in Cold Weather. * In very cold weather conditions (32ºF or below) with the light switch in the automatic position, the CCM (Check Control Message) ""Adaptive headlight malfunction"" is displayed. * When the CC message is displayed, all the lights continue to function.
