BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10151189 · Mar 2016 · also written SI B64 02 16, B640216

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Humming/Buzzing Noise from Passenger Side Dashboard. There is a humming or buzzing sound from the passenger side dashboard. This noise only subsides when the entire heating and A/C system is shutoff.
