A/C evaporator service information on BMW F15/F25 models (2011–2016); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10147151 · May 2015 · also written SI B64 03 14, B640314

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

A/C Operation: Reduced or No Airflow After Long Drive. This time varies based on outside temperature and humidity. The A/C low-pressure lines and evaporator are starting to freeze up.
