BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11015821 · Mar 2025 · also written SI B64 03 25, B640325
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Check Engine Light is illuminated, check control message indicates “bring in for service”. The faultsthemselves and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) have no functional effect on the vehicle.
