Navigation failure on BMW E90/E92/E93/F30 and other models (2012–2014); BMW shared service information.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10149453 · Feb 2013 · also written SI B65 04 13, B650413
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Service Action: Real Time Traffic Information Activation. The Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI) is inoperative. ??The traffic information icon is missing from the menu in the navigation map screen. CAUSE Option 6UH (RTTI) is missing from the Vehicle Order (VO).
