SIB 65 10 25: Electrical system service information

Electrical system service information on BMW G45/U10/U11 models (2024–2025); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11022114 · Aug 2025 · also written SI B65 10 25, B651025

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

In certain situations, a mobile device with Android operating systems (Google, Samsung, etc.) may not be able to connect to the vehicle OR the Android phone may not be able to connect via Android Auto.
