What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
When Unlocking with Comfort Access the Outside Door Mirrors Are in the Wrong Position. The vehicle is locked with one remote key and then enters sleep mode. The vehicle is then unlocked using one of the outside door handles with the second remote key.
