What it covers
BMW can deliver this update remotely. A BMW center can also install it.
The ACSM control unit, which controls the driving safety and driving dynamics sensor system, may be faulty. Cracks could have formed on the printed circuit board during production. In very rare cases, the crack can enlarge due to mechanical load and lead to failure of the control unit.
