SIB 09 03 15: Cruise control warning message

Cruise control warning message on BMW F25 models (2011–2013); BMW released a software update.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10146941 · Jul 2015 · also written SI B09 03 15, B090315

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

If the customer tries to activate cruise control, a Check Control message ""System cannot be activated"" is displayed.
