BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10153738 · Jan 2019 · also written SI B11 15 16, B111516

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

B58 ENGINE: OIL LEAK FROM TURBOCHARGER. Engine oil (1) can be seen leaking from the bottom of the turbocharger near the band clamp (2). The turbocharger band clamp is loose.
