What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
SHUDDER OR JERKING IN 7TH AND 8TH GEARS AT 1000 - 1400 RPM. A shudder or slight jerking can be felt when driving with the transmission in 7th or 8th gear and the engine speed is between 1,000 and 1,400 RPM.
