BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10150105 · Mar 2013 · also written SI B18 06 12, B180612

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Voluntary Emissions Recall Campaign 11E-A03: Replace the SCR Mixer. The Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) mixer has also been improved to optimize the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) mixture when introduced into the exhaust system.
