SIB 27 02 12: Clutch fault codes

Clutch fault codes on BMW E60/E70/E71/E84 and other models (2007–2013); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10149593 · May 2013 · also written SI B27 02 12, B270212

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

The warning lamps for DSC, ABS and brake warning are illuminated.
