BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10147932 · Jan 2014 · also written SI B32 04 13, B320413
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Squeaking Noises when Steering Wheel Is Turned. There are squeaking noises from the steering spindle when the steering wheel is turned. The steering spindle gaiter is insufficiently lubricated.
