BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10150036 · Jul 2013 · also written SI B33 01 13, B330113

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Rattle from Rear Suspension over Rough Road Surfaces. A rattling noise is heard from the rear suspension over rough or uneven road surfaces. This noise may be more prevalent when the Electronic Damper Control (EDC) setting is set to ""Comfort"" mode.
