SIB 36 06 06: Tires noise

Tires noise on BMW E90/E92/E93 models (2010); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10037920 · Dec 2010 · also written SI B36 06 06, B360606

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

There is an abnormal or loud noise caused by irregular tire wear on bridgestone tires.
