SIB 41 04 24: Body service information
Body service information on BMW G02/G05/G06/G07 and other models (2025); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.
BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11022859 · Aug 2025 · also written SI B41 04 24, B410424
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
A groaning sound from the front of the vehicle while driving can be heard, particularly while cornering. The groaning sound can be heard in the A-pillar/instrument panel area.
