BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10194303 · Apr 2021 · also written SI B54 01 21, B540121

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

SUNROOF REVERSES WHEN CLOSING: After the vehicle is left in the hot sun and/or high temperatures with the sunroof in the vented position, the sunroof may reverse (anti-trap activates) when closing.
