What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
BMW AG has issued a Delivery Stop (effective July 19, 2021) on certain Model Year 2020 - 2022 BMW 7Series vehicles that were produced between September 26, 2018 and July 9, 2021. The issue involves the wiring of the Battery Safety Terminal (BST).
