Power window fault codes on BMW U10/U11 models (2024–2026); BMW explains the cause and the approved repair.

BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11023250 · Sep 2025 · also written SI B61 15 25, B611525

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

SITUATION The power windows and exterior mirrors do not function on the driver and/or passenger side. The fault occurs on either driver or on the passenger side. It does not occur on both sides at the same time.
