What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
Information on maintenance to e motor greasing where the eme/e motor assembly is removed. The cables, eme high voltage, should be reinstalled in original factory position to avoid contact with exposed fasteners in rear right wheel housing and possible damage to insulation. Model E82E (1SERIES).
