BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 10148037 · Sep 2014 · also written SI B61 24 14, B612414

What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Service Action: Install Missing CAN Terminating Resistor. The general electrical system functions fail to operate properly. Various erroneous fault codes are stored throughout the vehicle.
