What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

DELIVERY STOP: PROGRAMMING CONTROL MODULES (TAIL LAMPS). BMW of North America LLC has issued a Delivery Stop (effective October 24 2019) on a small number of Model Year 2020 BMW X6 vehicles that were produced in the date range shown above.
