What it covers

A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.

Service Action: Replace Blower Motor Regulator. The blower motor regulator has an internal fault; after starting the engine, there may be a delay of up to a minute before the blower motor comes on CAUSE Faulty blower motor regulator (output stage)
