BMW service bulletin · NHTSA ID 11026960 · Dec 2025 · also written SI B64 13 25, B641325
What it covers
A service bulletin tells BMW technicians how to diagnose or fix a known issue. It is not a recall: a repair under a bulletin is normally paid by the owner unless the car is still under warranty or a warranty extension applies.
When performing a vehicle test, diagnostic trouble code “ 8013FE Software run time error” is found in theIHKA module. If this fault is set for two consecutive life cycles, it will turn on the check engine light on vehicles with an I-level lower than 24-11-570.
